The Washington State legislature is expected to vote on a measure that will authorize the detention of residents aged 5 and over in “Covid-19 concentration camps, if they fail to comply with the state obligation on experimental vaccines.

If approved, WAC 246-100 it will allow local health workers in “their sole discretion” to “issue an emergency detention order that results in the immediate detention of a person or group of people for isolation or quarantine.”

Health officers are required to provide documentation proving that unvaccinated residents subject to detention have denied “requests for medical examinations, tests, treatment, counseling, vaccination, decontamination of people or animals, isolation, quarantine and inspection and closure of facilities” before unintentionally confining unvaccinated residents to quarantine facilities, the proposal says.

The measure also allows medical officers to deploy law enforcement officers to assist with the arrest of non-compliant Washington residents.

Second W 246-100-040, “A local health officer may invoke the powers of police officers, sheriffs, policemen and all other officers and employees of any political subdivision within the jurisdiction of the health department to immediately carry out any orders given to carry out the purposes of this section in compliance with the provisions of RCW 43.20.050 (4) e 70.05.120 .”

The “emergency detention order” legalizes the isolation and detention of US citizens who do not voluntarily comply with the filming of Covid gene therapy “for a period of no more than ten days”.

However, the judge may extend the forced quarantine “for a period not exceeding thirty days” if the subject or segregated family member persists in refusing vaccination.

The Washington State Board of Health will hold a virtual public meeting on January 12 to discuss the application of W 246-100-040 .
